Inns
Schuylkill County is currently home to two inns.
Bischoff Inn – Tamaqua, PA
A historic site located in the northeastern section of the county that was once a furniture factory.
Lizard Creek Inn – Andreas, PA
Originally the Alexander Benjamin House, this inn is located in the southeast corner of Schuylkill County.
Bed & Breakfasts
Schuylkill County currently features three bed & breakfasts.
Kaier Mansion Bed & Breakfast – Mahanoy City, PA
Located in the northern quadrant of Schuylkill County, the Kaier mansion was built in 1874 and has been a bed & breakfast for over thirty years.
The Maid’s Quarters Bed, Breakfast & Tearoom – Pottsville, PA
The Maid’s Quarters is situated in the heart of the county and county seat: Pottsville. This bed & breakfast also features a tearoom and periodically hosts events.

Schuylkill Haven is in the southern part of the county and is home to the Stone House Bed & Breakfast.
Campground Lodging
Schuylkill County has three campgrounds with lodging available, two of which belong to state parks.
Lakewood Park Campground – Barnesville, PA
Previously an amusement park owned by the Guinan family, this campground features RV stations and cabins. It also the location of Catalpa Grove, an event venue.
Locust Lake State Park Campground – Barnesville, PA
Locust Lake State Park has site camping as well as cabins in this wooded area near the lake.
Tuscarora State Park Campground – Barnesville, PA
Tuscarora State Park features camping cottages and yurts in a secluded area of the park near the lake.
